Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Website Purchases

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so that we can arrange an exchange or refund.
Our team will guide you through the process and help resolve the issue as smoothly as possible.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be accepted for return.
